That is your opinion, which I disagree with. Up to now the US Congress and Senate failed to take action. This is a step in the right direction. Several articles I have read are criticizing this action, but why should the US take additional oil off the market. The step I want to see is when the world acts to curtail speculative trading of energy. Oil is not being driven by supply and demand, now it driven by pure market speculation. This is not only a US concern but a world event which need to be resolved.
