See what they are failing to realize is that most of these guys would have been pimps and bank robbers before crack came! To say law enforcement is the reason for the career change would be giving the police to much credit! The city of Oakland don't care that much about it's young and mid aged African Americans! Because the same cell phones they are using could be used both ways! What they are doing is wrong I don't respect a pimp because they depend on women for their money! But dont mis-inform the readers like the police are doing such a great job because they are not!

Instead of putting the pimps in jail so they can learn to be better criminals why don't they give them training and jobs so they can become tax paying citizens instead of a burden on working people. It will also help their children because they will hopefully have a father who is working and taking care of them and being a good example.

That makes so much since! And guess what it is not rocket science. Why cant they see that? And my nephew went to a program that would prep and place them on Tuesday a guy from the mayors office was there speaking also. This is what makes me believe that dead or in jail is not an option but a plan! What else are they giving them to do?But die or go to jail and I hope no one mentions one of those many referel programs that they are throwing our money away with.
