The days of pariah employers free rides are over, on the backs of the overburdened taxpayer. The 1986 Simpson/Mazzoli White House bill are finally being rigidly imposed. The legislation after sitting more or less dormant, is now being carried out by the Federal government. Not just big business are under scrutiny, but even small procurers of illegal immigrant workers. Currently the new Shuler Federal "SAVE ACT " is under attack by leading Democrats. This bill (H.R.4088) would even add more teeth, to the previous bill with harsh penalties of fines and imprisonment for employers who knowingly hired illegal aliens. This has been an affront for American workers for years now, and Homeland Security is insistent on putting and end to this plague of illegal foreign labor. The Democrats are also out to terminate the completion of the BORDER FENCE!

Neither political party is without blame, as both have fleeced the US Worker. Illegal aliens who originally had been hired for menial jobs, such as working in the fields have diversified and taken construction work, landscaping, janitorial, shipyard, airport and thousands of other good paying jobs. HB.1. visas for foreign professionals have been exploited by un-American actions of such leaders as Gates of Microsoft. Our lawmakers have bowed before him, as if he was a potentate of a foreign government. They have changed the rules to benefit the corporate world of greed, rather than the thousands of unemployed US. high-tech workers.

The SAVE ACT that the majority of hierarchy Democrats do not want to see this bill come to a vote. Would install even stricter rules on interior immigration enforcement. Just like the thousands of illegal aliens fleeing states that have enacted their own laws, THE SAVE ACT would dwarf all other legislation in its power. Whereas having to deport illegal individuals under current laws, the costs are astronomical.

But ATTRITION or Self- Deportation caused by the implementation of H.R. (4088) would have hardly any expense, as the illegal alien occupation will leave of their own accord. However the Democrats are standing in the way and are determined to use whatever political spin, half-truths or even lies.They do not want this bill see the light of day.

Americans, both Democrats and Republicans can demand they allow this bill, to reach the house floor. YOU! THE PEOPLE should judge whether this is a good enforcement bill. YOU!
