If there is one single problem that truly needs to be fixed it would be team cohessiveness not just with players but also with Management Coaching is as we all can clearly see paramount in winnning I honestly dont think The Oakland Raiders would have won a thing if it werent for all the best Managers and Coaches that passed through the door however I also belive in my heart of hearts that That is also why Oakland has failed to capture a world title in over 20 years sure they went to the Superbowl 5 years ago but tell me do you think if Gruden didnt have this rift with Al Davis that the Raiders wouldnt have won the Superbowl? Al Davis himself was one that interviewed with Bill Belichek before hiring Gruden Al passed onBelichek to hire Gruden WHOOPS . Meadlesome to say the least I praise Al Davis for all the great things he has done for the Raiders and Pro football and hey I am just a mere fan . But I have to say as a fan a huge fan of the Oakland Raider I have watched this team for years and most of my years of watching them its been something other than a Commitment to Excellence more so a commitment to Failure! Failure to keep a Coach to keep top players,to stay competitive year in and year out look to go 19-67 or something like that in the last five years is not the players fault its the Guy in Charge of it all! So dont blame Kiffin and fire him nor ask him to quit its ridiculous to do so! If anything Kiffin has brought in some consitency and brightness to an otherwise Blackhole where losing has overshadowed what was once a proud organization! Dont do this ! Keep off Kiffins back and let the man do his job give him a chance to make this team worthy of mentioning for something other than losing and bad mouthing I want to see the Rise Of the Raiders Once again holding that Trophy up Al you have done this now its someone elses turn to drive the bus! If you do and He wins for you you will look like an even bigger Man than you already are hell even Steinbriener knows when its time to back off !!!!
