Boy they sure have some high class attorney's and one for sure is John Burris office won't even touch a poor person's case, how I see it is if your caught with a gun go to jail if it's a second time do twice the time why would a meter repair person need an assault weapon? Okay, so people want to protect their homes, but an assault weapon? and he still keeps his job with the city. Well we all know that Mr. Burris office is known for suing the police department an if you're caught in a under cover operation they have been watching you for a while but this is another on that is going to be sweept under the rug and he gets to keep his job with the City of Oakland and the Taxpayers are still going to be paying his salary shame, shame, shame this is very inappropriate I vote every citizen of Oakland STOP paying TAXES until they clean house everyone needs to protest this and should up in the court hearing let the "city Officials" know the Citizen's of Oakland mean business and are sick of mess like this this city is turning into a nightmare for sure.
