There are some out there whose hatred and dislike of the left is so powerful that they would rather have less police officers and more crime in Oakland than to help Dellums succeed in recruitment of new officers. Anything but have Dellums succeed in this venture. First they scream for more police, than they want to block the recruitment of more officers using Measure Y monies.

These same folks also harbor irrational fantasies that the court-ordered NSA agreement and a judge's ruling can be set aside and not implemented by city government. I guess these folks would have preferred the Feds to take over OPD.

All because they want Dellums to hold their hand every time someone is murdered in Oakland even though half the time these same folks are quietly celebrating some of the murders. Hypocrisy by those shouting hypocrisy.
