Nancy Nadel has constantly cut police resources and voted for police hiring freezes. She has denigrated police officers and supported criminals. If we allow her 4 more years in office, we may all be dead! Her last 12 year in office have been marked by incompetence, criminal negligence, fraud, garbage, trash, filth, public defacation & urination and her support of pathelogical and criminal behavior. We must get rid of her as soon as possible if Oakland is to survive. Nancy Nadel is a direct threat to our health, safety and our lives.
The only logical choice to save our city is to vote for Sean Sullivan. He will begin the long process to clean up the mess that Nancy has created. NO TO NANCY NADEL AND HER MESSAGE OF DEATH & DESTRUCTION! YES TO SEAN SULLIVAN AND HIS MESSAGE OF HOPE & RENEWAL!!!!!!

I have watched Greg Hodge for many years working in this city. Greg is the most logical, competent, rational, fair, commited and inspirational candidate in this race. He has the longest, most productive history of commitment to US, the residents, and the business community. It's time for him to represent and lead the best and most complex district in Oakland. There is no other choice!

Nadel has been documented refusing to call criminals by that name: she prefers "law-challenged individuals." How bout that! We're the 4th most dangerous city in the country, and she's been on the Council long enough (with good buddies Brunner & Quan, also responsible for reducing the size of the police force, closing the city jail and generally making criminals feel very comfortable in our city). If you're satisfied by this level of criminality in our city, go ahead and vote for the incumbents. If not, I'd recommend Sean Sullivan: he's articulate, rational and has good ideas of how to turn this ship around. Bottom line: if you are unhappy with the level of crime in our city, throw out the incumbents who have been in office for 12 years. It's time for a change. Yes We Can!
