Very Bad Decision. Oakland has no current city management. There is no one in charge of the City.  There is no one being held accountable for the mess that Oakland is currently in. Oakland ran the schools in to bankruptcy just a few years back, nothing has improved since then.  This only puts the money and control back in to a city government that has has history of  playing the old  game of "now you seen now you don't" with the school funds and there will be no one held accountable.Â
