Hello,

The consensus right now is with the fueding going on inside the Raiders organizaion, us Raiders fans are sick & tired of it. We want change, we want all of this to end. We're sick & tired of the way the leadership is leading this once proud franchise in the ground. We're tired of Al Davis and CEO/COO Amy Trask not only producing professional football's losingest organization the last 5-years, but running away our coaches like Gruden and our players like Rod Coleman & Charles Woodson.

We know the other Raiders limited partners hands are tied with Al Davis controlling over 70% ownership of the team. We know the NFL can't step in, however we as fans of our beloved Silver-n-Black can make a stand.

It's all over the media Al Davis & Lane Kiffin are fueding, it's not like it hasn't happened before, IE; Mike Shanahan vs Al Davis, Jon Gruden vs Al Davis--- However since Mike & Jon departed they've won 3-world championships and the Raiders have won none. The overwhelming majority of fans now believe in Lane Kiffin if he gets a chance to prove himself. Picking his coaches, using him as a puppet interviewer won't work. He needs control on the football field. So with that, the Raider Nation has decided if Lane Kiffin quits or resigns, then none of us Raiders fans are attending the home opener this year. It's a one-game suspension because of the way the Raiders management team is destroying the team we love. We don't know which opponent it will be, we don't know what the exact date will be, but the first game at McAfee won't be attended by us if Lane Kiffin is not on those sidelines.
